[Mschorus] Attention all Parents of Middle School Madrigal Students!!!!

Hello everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday and  
break.
 
I wanted to follow up on an email that I sent out previously.
 
"Doc Prov" has graciously requested an ice cream party for the  Middle School 
Madrigal Students following their return from their all  day concert off-site 
on Friday, December 12th. (Note this is different than the  MS Chorus Concert 
the previous evening at the High School).
 
We are in need of the following:
 
4 gallons of vanilla ice cream
2 gallons of chocolate ice cream
paper bowls for 50
napkins for 50
spoons for 50
 
5 volunteers to help scoop: 3 to come at 3 to help set up at the  High School
                                        2 to come at 3:30 and stay to assist 
in clean up
 
Please let me know if you can help out!
 
I believe I have enough chocolate and caramel sauce, cans of whipped cream  
and sprinkles that were extra from the 7th grade Ice Cream social .
 
The students are anticipated to be back at the High School by 3:30 and  
should be ready for pick-up by 4pm.
