<DIV>Hello everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday and
break.</DIV>

<DIV>I wanted to follow up on an email that I sent out previously.</DIV>

<DIV>"Doc Prov" has graciously requested an ice cream party for the
Middle School Madrigal Students following their return from their all
day concert off-site on Friday, December 12th. (Note this is different than the
MS Chorus Concert the previous evening at the High School).</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>We are in need of the following:</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>4 gallons of vanilla ice cream</DIV>
<DIV>2 gallons of chocolate ice cream</DIV>
<DIV>paper bowls for 50</DIV>
<DIV>napkins for 50</DIV>
<DIV>spoons for 50</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>5 volunteers to help scoop: 3 to come at 3 to help set up at the
High School</DIV>
<DIV>
2 to come at 3:30 and stay to assist in clean up</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Please let me know if you can help out!</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I believe I have enough chocolate and caramel sauce, cans of whipped cream
and sprinkles that were extra from the 7th grade Ice Cream social .</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The students are anticipated to be back at the High School by 3:30 and
should be ready for pick-up by 4pm.</DIV>
