[Hschorus] hospitality for Regis Concert

To All Chorus Parents,

The Regis Concert Committee is looking for volunteers to donate cookies/dessert and water for the reception after the concert on Wednesday, February 6.

Please let me know by email if you would help volunteer either two dozen cookies/dessert or two dozen 8oz. water bottles.
All refreshments need to be dropped off at the main entrance to the Regis Fine Arts Center when you drop off your child at 6:30, not when the concert begins.
This is a very big event and we need at least 60 parents to make this commitment by January 30.
Your eagerness to volunteer to donate and deliver these items and your prompt replies would be greatly appreciated!
