[Msorchestra] Goodies for next weeks MS/HS concert

Hello Middle School Orchestra parents and friends!
As you know, next week, Wednesday, December 20, 2006, is our big Winter Concert at the High school at 7:30 PM.  The High School Orchestra will also be performing after our Middle School Orchestras.  It promises to be a great evening of music!

At the end of the wonderful performances, we will be having a reception for all performers and their friends and family in the High School Cafeteria.  We will be serving cookies and finger snacks, and water to be enjoyed while we congratulate our musicians for a job well done.

I am writing to request that as many families as possible participate in the contribution of "goodies" and water bottles as possible.  We have several hundred hungry guests, so we need lots!!
If you are able to bring 2 dozen cookies/brownies/goodies, or a case or so of the small water bottles, please email me back at  kg.engler at verizon.net so I am sure that we have enough to go around.  You can drop off in the HS cafeteria at the same time you drop your child off for the concert.
