Dear Parents,

We urgently need 10 more main dishes and plenty of drinks for the HS chorus pot-luck dinner this Sunday, December 9, because we are really short on these.

Can you please volunteer to bring these items.  Any grade can volunteer for this.
We really appreciate your help to make this dinner a success for the kids.

Please contact me by return e-mail or call me at 781-416-9914.
For drinks: 2 lt Coke, 2 lt Sprite, Gal Apple Cider, Juice, 8 oz bottles water.

Drinks can be dropped off with your child at 12:30 or in the cafeteria at 3:00.
For hot main dishes, please drop off warmed by 3:45 covered in foil.

*Set-up volunteers: If possible, can anyone volunteer to bring a portable CD player & CD with some festive background music. That would be great.

Dear HS Chorus parents,

I just wanted to remind you that we need your refreshment offerings for the HS Chorus December 9 pot-luck dinner, after the concert this Sunday.

Thank you to those parents who have already responded, as it helps to know that you have had a chance to read the flyer and e-mail.

Set-up parents need to be at the HS at 3:00 pm.  The dinner for the kids starts at about 4:00pm.

If you have not volunteered for set-up & clean-up, please be sure to drop off the following refreshments, by grade:

9th Grade: Main dish (for 6-10) *Hot dishes can be sent in by 3:45 to be warm.
10th Grade: Salad     *Can be sent in at 12:30 with your child or drop off at 3:00.
11th Grade: Dessert                "                           "                             "
12th Grade: Drinks                 "                           "                             "

For drinks: water, Coke, Sprite, juice are great.

Refreshments that are sent in at 12:30 can be stored in Doc Prov's room.
