[Hschorus] *Reminder: HS Chorus Pot-Luck Refreshments Needed- Sunday Dec 9

Dear HS Chorus parents,

I just wanted to remind you that we need your refreshment offerings for the HS Chorus December 9 pot-luck dinner, after the concert this Sunday.

Thank you to those parents who have already responded, as it helps to know that you have had a chance to read the flyer and e-mail.

Set-up parents need to be at the HS at 3:00 pm.  The dinner for the kids starts at about 4:00pm.

If you have not volunteered for set-up & clean-up, please be sure to drop off the following refreshments, by grade:

9th Grade: Main dish (for 6-10) *Hot dishes can be sent in by 3:45 to be warm.
10th Grade: Salad     *Can be sent in at 12:30 with your child or drop off at 3:00.
11th Grade: Dessert                "                           "                             "
12th Grade: Drinks                 "                           "                             "

For drinks: water, Coke, Sprite, juice are great.

Refreshments that are sent in at 12:30 can be stored in Doc Prov's room.

Thank you for supporting this event and making it a fun day for the kids.
