[Msorchestra] **VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED**-- Spring 2024 Middle School Spring Orchestra Concert!

Good morning Orchestra families!

I hope you had a restful April vacation!

The last Orchestra concert of the school year is now less than 2 weeks
away.

I want to thank those of you who already signed up to help out at the
concert.

We still have a few openings available for anyone who is able to join us!

   - Refreshments Coordinator (Arrive by 6:30pm to help set up the
   refreshments as they are being brought in by families)-- *1 spot
   available*
   - Cafeteria Refreshments Clean Up (Assist with tidying up the cafeteria
   and consolidating leftover treats and leaving them in teacher's lounge at
   the end of the evening) --- *2 spots remaining*
   - Student Warm-Up Volunteers (Supervise students in warm up rooms)-- *1
   spot available*
   - Nut Free Desserts (1 dozen cookies, brownies, cupcakes)-- *8 more
   slots remaining*
   - Water, Cider or Lemonade (1 gallon jug)--* 8 more slots remaining*

Dear Families of Middle School Orchestra Members,



Our last concert of the year is quickly approaching!


The *Middle School Spring Orchestra Concert* is on *Tuesday, May 7th at
7:00 p.m. in the High School Auditorium*. Students should arrive at the High
 School by 6:15 p.m.for warm-ups.


Please join us after the concert in the cafeteria for refreshments! All
musicians, family members, relatives, and friends are welcome!

*Cost to Attend: *$5 per adult. Students, seniors, and staff are free.
Apple Pay and Cash accepted. Exact change is appreciated!


*Volunteers*:  We need volunteers to help make this evening run smoothly!
We will need 2 ushers at the auditorium entrance, a few to supervise
students during warm ups, and 2 refreshments set-up volunteers in the
cafeteria to arrive at 6:00 p.m. We will also need a few cafeteria clean-up
volunteers.



*Refreshments*:  It would be greatly appreciated if each family would bring
a plate of *nut-free* finger desserts (cookies, brownies, etc.) or one
gallon of drink (water, cider, lemonade, etc.).  We do have students with
severe allergies.  The food and beverage items should be dropped off in the
cafeteria by 6:15 p.m (best to send items with your child at drop-off).  Items
should be on disposable plates.
