> Happy Holidays!!  The Winter MS/HS Orchestra Concert on Tuesday, December 18th 7:30 pm at the High School is fast approaching!  Students should arrive at the High School by 6:30 to warm-up.

> We are looking for parent volunteers:
> 
> Chaperones: 6:15 p.m. through concert. (2) for 6th grade and (2) for the 7th & 8th grade orchestra.  Help keep tabs on the musicians before and during the concert.
> Door Usher, 6:30-7:30 pm: 1 parent volunteer to keep the doors closed until the conductors are ready.
> Photographer: 6:30 -7:30 p.m.Take some pictures of the performers during rehearsal for the Town Crier and our website!
> Refreshments:  Many Parents!  Following the concert, orchestra members and family/guests are invited for light refreshments in the cafeteria.  This is a nice opportunity to socialize and congratulate the musicians on an enjoyable performance, and the students are always hungry after the concert!     
>               We need :
> 
> -  Desserts: plated nut-free finger desserts - (e.g cookies, brownies, etc.)  Can be store bought.  Please be sure your name is on any plate you want back and pick it up on your way home.  
> 
> 				-  Beverages One gallon jugs of a drink (cider, lemonade, seltzer, etc.)
> 
> . 
> Food and beverage items should be dropped off in the High School Cafeteria between 6:30 - 7:00.
> 
> 	(Think of the great seats and parking!)
