[Msorchestra] Volunteers Needed - Middle School Spring Concert May 6th @ 7:30 PM - MS APC

Can you believe our End of Year Middle School Spring Concert is May 6th at 7:30 PM! 



Please help by making this Middle School Concert a success ! 



Volunteers needed : 



2 Ticket Sellers 

2 Door Guards 

2 Chaperones 



Also needed - Lots, and Lots of small water bottles and finger desserts ( cookies, brownies, fruit, etc. ). Food should be dropped off at the MS with your musician at 6:30 PM. Please bring desserts on disposable trays if possible, or label your tray if you would like it returned. 




** Lastly, if you child is an 8th grader without a younger sibling musician, please consider donating his/her sash or cummerbund and bow tie to the Weston Friends of Music for its fall concert clothing sale. We will have a drop of box outside the cafeteria following the concert to collect such donations. Your child will not need these maroon accessories at the High School. 




Please respond ASAP, we need everyone help to make this concert a success !
