Calling all 8th grade Band, Orchestra and Chorus Students and their Parents!

The High School Band, Orchestra and Choruses need your help! The 2007 Pops Concerts will be held at 7:30PM on Wednesday April 4 (Band) and Wednesday April 11 (Orchestra/Chorus). These concerts are held at the High School Gymnasium in Pops style with table seating and refreshements.  

The 8th grade students are invited to be "servers" for the evening, waiting on tables before the concert and during intermission while still being able to enjoy the concert in between.  We are in need of 27 servers for each evening.  The time commitment is from 6:45pm until a return home at approximately 9pm.  Please encourage your children to participate in supporting their peers at the High School in addition to getting a taste of things to come for them!!

Also needed are 3 adults for April 4th and 4 adults for April 11th to assist the servers.
