[Mschorus] WMS Winter Chorus Concert

Dear Parents of Weston Middle School Chorus Members,

The WMS Winter Concert is this Thursday, December 10 at 7:30pm in the WHS auditorium. 
Parent volunteers are still needed to help with refreshment donations (NUT-FREE PLEASE). 
Please let me know if you are able to help with any of the following:

o   Desserts:  plated finger desserts - cookies, brownies, fruit, etc. (NUT FREE PLEASE)
o   Drinks: each volunteer please bring 2-3 gallons of (lemonade, water, punch, etc)
o   Napkins:  need approximately 100
o   Paper Cups:  need approximately 150
o   Paper Plates:  need approximately 150

·       Set up/Clean up:  3 parents 
·       Photographer:  Ideally this person will take candids during the warm up and some during the concert.  

Please respond to me directly rebeccacosta1 at comcast.net if you are able to bring a donation.  Donated items can be dropped off in the High School Cafeteria by 6:15PM Thursday.
