[Mschorus] MS Chorus Spring Concert - Volunteer Update

Hi everyone!

The MS Chorus Spring Concert is just  a couple of days away - Thursday, May 17th @7:30 in the HS Auditorium.  Thanks to all of you who've volunteered to help out.  Two updates to my earlier email:
-       Forgot to ask for set-up & clean-up volunteers.  If I can have 2 people in the cafeteria at 6:30 to receive the food/drink and place on the tables that would be great.  I’ll be there for clean-up but many hands make light work … would love some help.

-       We are still in need of food and beverages for the gathering.  Please contribute if you can!  And if you are bringing a plate of food, we ask that you bring it on a reusable platter – keeping things green!  Most platters are empty within minutes (!) of the start of the social so claiming your dish before you go shouldn’t be a problem.  Or can you always pick it up on Friday at the HS office.
