[Mschorus] Middle School Chorus Spring Concert

Greetings Parents and Fans of Weston Middle School Chorus!

The final choral concert, for this school year, will be Thursday, May 19th @ 7:30 in the Weston High School Auditorium.  All performers need to be at the High School by 6:30 on the night of the concert for warm-ups and last rehearsals.  Tickets are $5 per adult.  Faculty, senior citizens and students are free.  The concert is followed by a reception of light refreshments in the cafeteria for performers, friends and families.

We are looking for volunteers to bring plated finger desserts; brownies, cookies, fruit, etc. (3-4 dozen per volunteer)  and gallon size beverages with paper cups (3 gallons per volunteer).  Performers and audience members alike will appreciate the refreshments.  All refreshments should be delivered to the High School Cafeteria by 7:00 the night of the concert.

We also need parent volunteers for:

(10) Chaperones  - Assist Dr. Provenzano & Mr. Dandrea and sit with students before and during the concert.  (3 parents per grade is best) (6:15 - end of concert)
  (2) Door Ushers -  Keep the adoring fans out of the auditorium until it's time for the doors to open. (6:15- 7:20)
  (2) Ticket Sellers - Sell tickets in the front lobby  6:30 - 8:00 pm  
  (4) Refreshment Set up -  2 for preconcert set up and 2 for late concert uncovering and pouring of beverages. (6:30 on )
  (2) Cafeteria Clean Up
