Hi all,,,, here is the info regarding tomorrows activities with madrigals.

1.IF SCHOOL IS NORMAL... we will be "as normal"  your child should come to school in CONCERT DRESS, check in to home room and report to the ms chorus room imm. after checking in.  We will warm -up and then be on our way to sing at the nursing homes for the day - PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY BRING $ FOR LUNCH... this is for ALL madrigals members.. we will return to school by 2:30.  Those continuing on that day to sing at the nutcracker will have a pot luck in the ms cafeteria at 4pm with the bus leaving at 5:15pm for the nutcracker.. we will return by 9:30 or so... please be on time to pick them up.. or if they are going home with you from the nutcracker you MUST check out with me so i know you are taking your child!!!

2. IF SCHOOL IS DELAYED - they will come, check in and go imm. to the chorus room and we will resume at the nursing homes as per the schedule and the remainder of the day is as above in #1

3. IF SCHOOL IS CANCELED - the nutcracker will not be canceled unless state declares state of emerg. - SO, i spoke to the bus office and if school is canceled the bus will be at the school to drive us in at 5Pm to the nutcracker. If the bus cannot come, i will be in contact with you to see how the weather is and if we should go.. if so, we will deal with some carpooling to get the students in.. however, i will get in touch again, if that is the case... otherwise, one of these above plans will be in place!!!
Also, remember... THE WINTER CONCERT IS NEXT MONDAY 6:30pm call for your child, 7:30 for you!!!
