[Msband] More Volunteers Needed--MS/HS Band Masquerade Concert is Wednesday

Good Evening Parents/Guardians of Band Musicians,

We have 2 volunteers so far for our Grades 6-12 band concerts on Wednesday
evening, and we need 8 more volunteers in order to ensure the evening runs
smoothly and safely.

We are asking volunteers to come and offer assistance when they drop off
their musicians at 6:30pm or 7:30pm, for 30-40 minutes before the concerts
begin. We also need help handing out candy as the musicians leave.

Please review my email from this weekend with the details, and let me know
if you can help out!
