[Msband] Please Join In Today and Volunteer for Jazz Night!

Hello Families of Middle and High School Jazz Musicians,

Our incredible *Jazz Night* is quickly approaching on Tuesday evening, May
14th, from 7-9 pm at the Weston Town Hall...but we are still in need of
volunteers to support Mr. Fulginiti and Dr. Provenzano....as they are
focused on practicing in preparation for this special night of music!

Typically a parent/guardian of a Senior-year Jazz band or choir student
takes the lead on coordinating with a few other parents. We already have
the location, the printed program, simple decorations, and a general plan
for snacks/drinks. No one has volunteered yet to take the lead, so I'm
sending this email with hopes that a few people would be willing to spend
about 5-6 hours over the coming 2 weeks to help us organize the night. We
have 2 volunteers so far, but since they are WFOM Chairs for Middle School
events, I'm looking to engage some NEW High School Volunteers to help us
with one of our last music events of this year, and for all of you SENIOR
parents/guardians...of your student's high school jazz music days!
