[Msband] Band Fest: March 9th

Dear Parents of Middle School Band Members,

 

Our annual Bandfest Concert is next Wednesday, March 9th, at 7:30 pm in the
High School Gymnasium.  This is a wonderful event, with band performances by
students from all grades at the Field School and the Middle School, 

as well as the High School Wind Ensemble.

 

Parent volunteers are needed for the following, beginning at 6:30 p.m.:

.         Chaperones: 6-8 parent volunteers are needed to assist the band
teachers during the one hour warm up in the gym - help the students of all
ages to find their seats and help keep them quiet

.         Door Ushers: 2 parent volunteers are needed to keep the entrance
doors closed until band directors are ready for the audience to enter.

 

Please respond to this e-mail if you would like to volunteer.  Your help is
very much appreciated by all involved!
