[Msband] Band Fest: 3/10

Dear Parents of Middle School Band Members,

 

Our annual Band Fest Concert is next Wednesday, March 10th, at 7:30 pm in
the High School Gymnasium.  This is a wonderful event, with band
performances by students from the Field School and the Middle School, as
well as the High School Wind Ensemble.

 

We are looking for parent volunteers to assist with the following, beginning
at 6:30 p.m.:

.         Ticket sellers: 3 parent volunteers needed to sell tickets at the
door.

.         Chaperones: 3 parent volunteers are needed to assist the band
teachers during the one hour warm up in the gym - help the students of all
ages to find their seats and to help keep them quiet

 

Please respond to this e-mail if you would like to volunteer.  Your help is
very much appreciated by all involved!
