[Msband] MS Band Concert Wed.

Dear Parents of Middle School Band Members,

This is just a reminder that the Winter Band Concert is this Wednesday December 3rd - at 7:30 p.m in the High School auditorium.  It should be great fun!  Following the concert there will be some light refreshments in the cafeteria, with time to socialize and congratulate the musicians. 

Many thanks to all the families who are bringing finger desserts or drinks, as well as the ticket, chaperone, and set-up volunteers!    If possible the food should be on disposable plates so that clean-up is easy.  The food and drinks can be dropped off in the High School Cafeteria when students arrive at 6:30 p.m.

*** We could still use more volunteers... some to bring finger desserts, a few for drinks, a few to be door guards, and one to pick up flowers.  Please respond to this e-mail if you are willing and able to help.
