[Hsorchestra] Winter Orchestra Concert

Dear Parents of High School Orchestra Members

Happy Holidays!!  The* MS/HS Winter Orchestra Concert* is fast
approaching.  It is* Wednesday, December 21 at 7:30 pm in the High School
Auditorium*.  Students should arrive at the High School by 6:30 to
warm-up.  ****

Following the concert, orchestra members and family/guests are invited for
light refreshments in the cafeteria.  This is a nice opportunity to
socialize and congratulate the musicians on an enjoyable performance, and
the students are always hungry after the concert!****

*We need many parent volunteers to bring refreshments!* (Donated items can
be dropped off in the HS Cafeteria when students arrive at 6:30pm)

We need :


   - *Desserts:* plated finger desserts - e.g cookies, brownies, etc.  Can
   be store bought.  Please be sure your name is on any plate you want back.
   - *Water:* One gallon jugs of water or small water bottles

We also need:****

•                *Ticket sellers, 6:30-7:30 pm*: 2-3 parent volunteers****

•                *Set-up help, 6:30-7:30 pm:* 2 parent volunteers to help
set up food and drinks in the cafeteria****
