[Hsorchestra] MS/HS Orchestra Winter Concert

Dear Parents of High School Orchestra Members,



Happy Holidays!!  The Winter MS/HS Orchestra Concert is fast approaching.  It is Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the High School.  Students should arrive at the High School by 6:30 to warm-up.  



We are looking for parent volunteers:

  a.. Ticket sellers, 6:30-7:30 pm: 2 parent volunteers 
  b.. Set-up help, 6:30-7:30 pm: 2 parent volunteers to help set up food and drinks in the cafeteria
  c.. Refreshments:  Many Parents!  Following the concert, orchestra members and family/guests are invited for light refreshments in the cafeteria.  This is a nice opportunity to socialize and congratulate the musicians on an enjoyable performance, and the students are always hungry after the concert!      
              We need :
-  Desserts: plated finger desserts - e.g cookies, brownies, etc.  Can be store bought.  Please be sure your name is on any plate you want back.  

-  Water: One gallon jugs of water, lemonade or cider.



Donated items can be dropped off in the High School Cafeteria when students arrive at 6:30pm.
