[Hschorus] Sat. May 21- Volunteers and Water Needed for Outdoor Music Performance

Hello Families of High School Band and Chorus Members,

We need your help this Saturday, May 21st at the Town Green! This is the
first time that the Music Department has held an outdoor concert of this
size since the Weston 300 Celebration and, as you can imagine, there are
many moving parts.

We need 10 volunteers on Saturday, May 21st, at the Town Green (report to
the stage area) to help organize students, set up chairs, provide water,
and move equipment.

12:00 pm - Band volunteers (5 total)
1:30pm - Chorus volunteers (5 total)

We also need volunteers to drop off bottled water for the performers.

Please respond to this email and let me know if you can volunteer and/or
provide water.

Thank you for your support of our incredible Music Program, teachers,
conductors, and musicians!
