[Hschorus] Weston 300 Grand Celebration

Hi parents,
Weston 300 is coming up next week and I'm emailing to let you know the details and to enclose a table reservation for you all!! You may order Pops style tables if you would like.  The order form is attached.  Bleacher and lawn seats will also be available at a reasonable price.This event should be amazing!! Don't miss out..
The chorus will be singing not only by themselves in the big event, but also with many other choirs and a large orchestra for the grand finale - Battle Hymn of the Republic, followed by the 1812 overture with canons and fireworks!!!

The info below is when your child needs to be at school for rehearsal and performance:
FRIDAY MAY 31   6pm - 9pm rehearsal and run through with all choirs and orchestra
SATURDAY JUNE 1   3:30pm - 5:30 pm  they need to be at the high school football field for a soundcheck and run through followed by dinner provided for them (if they wish to stay through til the concert time) and then 7:30 be here for concert time.

DRESS - black  bottom and white top (men add colorful tie) - dressy please!!!

This should be a FABULOUS EVENT!!! Don't miss it and please mark your calendars!!!!
