To All Chorus Parents,

 

The Regis Concert Committee is looking for volunteers to donate cookies and
water for the reception after the concert on Wednesday, February 4.

 

Please let me know by email or phone if you would like to volunteer to
donate either two dozen large cookies or two dozen 8 or 12 ounce water
bottles.

All refreshments need to be dropped off at the main entrance to the Regis
College Fine Arts Center when you drop off your child at 6:30, not when the
concert begins. 

Children cannot drive themselves to the concert, they must be dropped off.

 

The Regis Concert is fast approaching. This is a very big event and we need
at least 60 parents to make this commitment by January 24th.  Your eagerness
to volunteer to donate and deliver these items and your prompt replies to do
so would be greatly appreciated!
