Dear parents of High School Chorus members:

 

Thanks to the many people who responded so quickly to volunteer for the
Masquerade Concert and the pot luck in December!

I heard back from many of you, and we have more than enough volunteers
for the concert next week.  If you haven't received an email back from
me with your assignment for next week, don't despair!  There will be
many opportunities for you in December and in the spring.

Hello parents of High School Chorus members:

 

The High School Masquerade Concert is scheduled for Wednesday, October
29th.  

 

We will need volunteers for the following:

 

*	2-3 volunteers to sell tickets from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. 
*	2-3 volunteers to "guard" the doors from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. so no
one goes in too early.  

 

Please respond to this email if you'd like to volunteer next week. 

 

Don't forget that Therese would like to hold a short meeting with
parents after the Masquerade Concert to go over some of the details of
the New York chorus trip planned for January.
