[Hschorus] the Masquerade Concert October 24th

Hello parents of High School Chorus members:

 

The High School Masquerade Concert is scheduled for Wednesday, October
24th.  Due to a delay in the replacement of the high school gym floor
and bleachers, THERE HAS BEEN A LOCATION AND TIME CHANGE.  Please note
that the Chorus concert will begin at 7 pm in the HS Auditorium.  There
will be intermission from 7:30 - 8 pm.  Then, the Band/Orchestra concert
will begin at 8 pm.  If there are any further changes to this concert, a
listserv announcement will be sent out. 

 

Since the concert will be split into two parts, we will need volunteers
for the chorus section of the concert:

 

*	2-3 volunteers to sell tickets from 6 to 7 p.m. 
*	2-3 volunteers to "guard" the doors from 6 to 6:45 p.m. so no
one goes into the auditorium too early.  

 

Please respond to this email if you'd like to volunteer next week.  The
orchestra and band groups will organize volunteers for the later shift
after the chorus concert is finished.
