<DIV>With the success of last fall's Clothing Sale, Weston Friends of Music is
planning on organizing another clothing sale in early fall before the
concert season begins. This was a wonderful opportunity for families with
music students to donate outgrown music attire and to acquire new clothes at
greatly discounted prices. The sale was offered at the High School and
Middle School, and later at the elementary schools. Almost all of the
donated clothing was sold.

<DIV>If you find yourself cleaning out closets during the summer, remember to
put aside any outgrown music attire -- black skirts, pants, dresses
and tuxedos; white blouses and tuxedo shirts; maroon cummerbunds, bow
ties, and sashes. Collection boxes will be located just inside the front
entrance to the MS and outside the HS Band Room until next Tuesday, June
19th. After that date, items can be picked up or dropped off during the

<DIV>It was a great year for Weston music! Thank you to all the parents
for the incredible support that you gave Weston Friends of Music this past
year in its efforts to enrich Weston's Elementary through HS music
program. We already have some new ideas for music activities next year and
look forward to any other ideas or comments that you might have. We will
have a kick-off meeting in early fall and hope to see many of you there.</DIV>
