Hello Families of High School Chorus and Choir Members:

The popular *Spring Sing* is tomorrow! Wednesday, March 4th at 7:00 pm in
the *Field School* gymnasium. This is a family favorite where we see the
progression from 3rd-grade chorus to the high school concert choir.

*We need 2 volunteers* of High School Choir students to help the evening
run smoothly. Please email me today if you can volunteer starting at 6pm
tomorrow.

*Important Details:* *Concert Choir only* due to space limitations.
- *6:00 pm Call time* - *Concert Choir* ready to rehearse
- *7:00 pm* - Concert begins

With the large numbers of student singers and their families attending, we
will follow the procedures below to accommodate the crowd.

   1.

All singers, families, and guests should enter the Field School through
the lower-level doors (next to the cafeteria). Admissions will be paid at
this entrance and families/guests will wait in the cafeteria.
   2.

At 6:50PM the gym doors will open for general seating. The concert lasts
   approximately 1 hour.

*Admission *is $5.00 per family. Students, faculty, grandparents, and
seniors are free. Exact change is appreciated.

*IMPORTANT UPDATE ON CHORUS POPS CONCERT:*

Chorus Pops concert is coming soon on 4/1. *We are in need of MANY new
parent volunteers* to serve on the Pops Committee to make this concert
happen! The time commitment is minimal and there are several different
roles to choose from. For senior parents, this is your student's last
concert at Weston High. We cannot hold the POPs concert unless we get 10
volunteers--so please respond ASAP to Mary-Beth Henry
<marybeth.r.henry at gmail.com> or Julie Townsend <jt at barrett.com>!

Thank you in advance for your support, and we look forward to an incredible
concert!
